This Privacy Policy describes how Sober Day ("we," "our," or "us") handles information in connection with the Sober Day mobile application ("App"). We are committed to protecting your privacy.
We do not collect, store, or transmit any personal data to our servers.
All data you enter into the App — including sobriety dates, drinking records, weight entries, and saved money amounts — is stored locally on your device only. We have no access to this information.
We do not use any analytics services, tracking SDKs, or third-party data collection tools. We do not track how you use the App, which screens you visit, or any behavioral data.
The App does not require you to create an account, provide an email address, or log in. There is no user identification system.
The App may offer integration with Google Fit in the future to read weight data for health correlation features. If and when this integration becomes available:

The App offers a Sober Day Pro subscription processed through Google Play. Payment information is handled entirely by Google and is not accessible to us. We only receive confirmation of your subscription status (active, canceled, or expired).
Since all data is stored locally on your device, the security of your data depends on the security measures you have in place on your device (such as screen lock and device encryption). We recommend enabling device encryption and a secure lock screen.
Important: If you uninstall the App or clear its data, all your sobriety records will be permanently deleted. We cannot recover this data.
The App is not intended for children under 13. We do not knowingly collect information from children under 13.
The App uses Google Play Billing for subscription management. Google's own privacy policy applies to payment processing. We do not integrate any other third-party services that collect user data.
Since we do not collect any data, there is no data retention period. Your data exists on your device for as long as you keep the App installed.
Because we do not collect or store any personal data, there is no data to access, modify, or delete on our end. You have full control over your data within the App on your device.
The App is available worldwide. Since we do not collect personal data, there is no cross-border data transfer concern.
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. If we make material changes, we will notify you through the App or by updating the "Last updated" date above. Continued use of the App after changes are posted constitutes your acceptance of the revised Policy.
