By downloading and using the Sober Day app ("App"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Use ("Terms"). If you do not agree, please do not use the App.
Sober Day is a sobriety tracking application for Android devices that allows you to:
You must be at least 13 years old to use the App. By using the App, you represent that you meet this requirement.
The App offers an optional subscription called Sober Day Pro, which unlocks additional features including the home screen widget, drinking day tracking, and weight monitoring.
Subscriptions automatically renew unless canceled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period. Your Google Play account will be charged for renewal within 24 hours prior to the end of the current period.
Free trial: If you cancel during the free trial period, you will not be charged. Unused portions of free trials are forfeited upon subscription purchase.
Cancellation: You can manage and cancel your subscription at any time through your Google Play account settings.
Refunds: Refunds are handled through Google Play in accordance with Google's refund policy. We do not process refunds directly.
You are solely responsible for any data you enter into the App, including but not limited to sobriety dates, drinking records, and weight entries. We do not collect, store, or transmit this data to our servers — all data remains locally on your device.
The App is intended for informational and motivational purposes only. It is not a medical device and does not provide medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment. Always seek the advice of a qualified healthcare provider with any questions regarding a medical condition or treatment.

The App is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. To the fullest extent permitted by law, we shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the App.
We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the App after changes are posted constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.
